We are seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Analyst to join our Workforce Department. This role is essential for ensuring real-time management of our operations, meeting service level agreements, and optimizing team productivity.

• Monitor and manage real-time operations to achieve service level targets and operational goals.
• Make immediate adjustments to schedules and assignments based on business needs.
• Identify performance deviations and implement real-time solutions.
• Analyze key metrics and generate detailed daily performance reports.
• Collaborate with planning and operations teams to optimize resources and processes.

• Proven experience as a Real-Time Analyst or in a similar Workforce Management role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workforce Management tools (e.g., Aspect, IEX, Verint, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of programming or process automation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
