The Sales Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance and profitability through data-driven decision-making, working closely with sales representatives and leadership. This position identifies growth opportunities, enhances operational efficiency, and leverages statistical methods to inform strategic initiatives.

• Analyze and interpret sales and company data to identify trends, profitability, and opportunities for business growth.
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI for performance tracking and executive summaries.
• Collaborate with sales reps and management to provide actionable insights, improve margins, and optimize sales strategies.
• Evaluate business processes, recommend improvements, and support initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency and profits.
• Track and analyze KPIs, making data-backed recommendations to enhance performance.
• Proactively search for cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
• Prepare presentations and data visualizations for leadership decision-making.
• Identify gaps and implement automation tools to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying patterns and actionable insights.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively.
• Proven track record of process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience in financial, statistical, and sales performance analysis.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, with basic knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred)
