We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is not afraid to drive initiatives and is ready to tackle high volume recruiting. We are experiencing tremendous growth, and this is the perfect opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our team and assist in scaling the Talent Department. Our team thrives on collaboration and passion for candidate experience.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for high-volume roles
• Source candidates using applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and job board key word searches (including, but not limited to, reaching out to prospective applicants and referral sources, attending career fairs and networking, etc.)
• Coordinate all aspects of hiring (including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, hosting feedback sessions with teams, following up with candidates, extending and negotiating offers, etc.)
• Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application to hire
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates
• Other ad hoc projects as required

• 2+ years of progressive experience in recruiting
• Experience in a high volume recruiting setting
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient English communication skills
