Overview

The DR Sales Team Supervisor is responsible for the performance of a team of 15 sales agents. Our Sales TM will provide direct guidance and support to his/her team throughout the day to ensure high level of productivity and serves as the primary liaison between team members and the Conference Manager. They will be responsible for rookie nesting, regularly reviewing key performance indicators and trends, facilitating workshops, and managing the workflow processes to ensure all tasks are completed and all policies and procedures are followed accordingly. This may also include completing stretch assignments as needed. 

 

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct support to team members to ensure high level of performance and to ensure effective communication and execution of all strategies and initiatives.
  • Communicates findings, data, and policies provided by management to agents, i.e. addressing areas of improvement, addressing dial/cycle attempts, poor behavior, lead dispositioning, notes, login times, emphasizing feedback provided from coaching sessions for improvement.
  • Reviews and listens to agents’ calls to aid in conversion improvement.
  • Is responsible for aspects of compliance, quality, and general work environment.
  • Prepares daily and weekly performance reports including all KPIs, providing performance feedback and suggestions for improvement up and down the funnel.
  • Works closely with the Conference Manager to achieve and exceed key business metrics for debt enrollment, conversion, retention, etc.
  • Works closely with Workforce Management to maintain a high level of efficiency as it relates to ready time, unused time, and shift activity reports with agents.
  • Aids in the support of new team members and helps with ongoing training and development to ensure all team members are up to date with recent changes.
  • Works with QA Coaches to ensure coaching is delivered and progressive discipline is followed.
  • Ensures that assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of proven experience leading a high performing team.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork.
  • Direct knowledge, or willingness to learn, the inside sales process and ability to translate actions into results.
  • Willing to expand leadership skills and capabilities.
  • Professional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Must be timely, responsible, coachable, and reliable and most possess strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly and to multitask efficiently.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
