Overview

Lead and drive digital transformation through the implementation of innovative digital solutions within the human resources domain, aiming to optimize processes, enhance employee experience, and contribute to the success of the company’s digital transformation initiatives. Promote data-driven decision-making by conducting analysis and developing predictive and prescriptive models.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital solutions that maximize employee experience.
  • Track and follow up on digital initiatives.
  • Automate and improve processes to enhance employee experience.
  • Develop dashboards for data visualization and reporting.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to generate valuable insights for the department.
  • Create predictive and prescriptive data models to enable timely decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Human Resources processes.
  • Manage HR projects related to tools and platforms.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to teams for the effective use of digital technologies and tools.
  • Ensure proper personnel management (rosters) and related processes.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of progressive Digital Transformation and Data Analytics experience.
  • Programming Knowledge (e.g., Python or R) is a plus.

Require Skills/Abilities:

  • Interest in learning about the HR function.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills (e.g., Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong analytical mindset; experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power Automation, SharePoint) and reporting tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power Bi).

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations monthly.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.
