The People Experience Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted collaborator to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with operational needs and company culture in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on enabling strong employee experience through localized labor strategy, proactive employee relations, and direct support for performance, engagement, and retention efforts.
Acting as the frontline connection between employees and leadership, the People Experience Partner identifies workplace trends, leads complex employee relations cases, and ensures consistent application of policies and best practices. In close collaboration with the People Experience Specialist, this role helps shape organizational effectiveness and fosters a positive and inclusive work environment across all locations and teams.
