Overview

Broadway Support Services is currently seeking a Senior Analyst at National Debt Relief, you’ll use your analytic skills and data to shape our product strategy and enhance our customer experience. You’ll work with the product team to prioritize new features based on impact, ensure the right data is captured during the development process, build dashboards to measure key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance post-launch, and present your insights to leadership, identify areas to improve the product and assist the product team in making informed decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Client Experience, and Client Success. to help streamline the efforts of the product, development, and data science teams. This fast-paced role will be responsible for 1) building and maintaining a repository of "as-is" and “future state” system process documentation to help the company make informed decisions. 2) Recommending system improvements that can help improve operations. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and facilitator of business requirement gathering, a curious problem solver, and a collaborative teammate who thrives in highly agile, cross-functional team environments. The candidate must be comfortable speaking to both business and technical audiences and have a solid understanding of Salesforce and BPMN.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to prioritize roadmaps using data analysis and impact.
  • Work with PMs to define KPIs and ensure the right set of data will be captured by the product and available post launch.
  • Monitor product launches and analyze user behavior.
  • Build dashboards that allow PMs and stakeholders to monitor new features.
  • Analyze the performance of a product post-launch and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Run ad-hoc data pulls and analysis to help the PMs and product team make informed, data-backed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Education/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 5 years’ experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related role.

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Expertise in pulling, visualizing, presenting, and analyzing data.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skill with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficient in data analysis/business intelligence tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
    • Experience working Salesforce and CRM Analytics is preferred but not required.
