Overview

Broadway Support Services is currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and passionate Negotiations Analyst to help support Negotiations leadership in answering essential business questions.  The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and facilitator of business requirement gathering, curious problem solver, and collaborative teammate who thrives in highly-agile, cross-functional team environments. The candidate must be comfortable speaking to both analyst peers and departmental leaders to convey results of findings and potential strategic solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understating of Negotiations process flow and the impact his has on success of customer journeys
  • Support both data and operational leaders with data demands and report buildouts
  • Establish agreed upon cadence of necessary reporting with accuracy and clarity
  • Be prepared to switch gears quickly as business demands
  • Learn all necessary tools and data input
  • Report creation and consistent delivery to Neg leadership and supporting teams
  • Responsible for building out and monitoring key performance indicators on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data demands
  • Utilize analytical skills to develop and optimize necessary operational reporting
  • Deliver reports and interpret data to communicate to department stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of active analytical efforts
  • Independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Powerful communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
  • Strong desire to learn and contribute solutions and ideas to a broad team
  • Knowledge of Consumer Finance is not essential, but experience may provide a candidate with some advantage
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Einstein, or Sigma will be beneficial to success in role
  • The employee is expected to be punctual and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
  • The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
