Broadway Support Services is seeking two Data Engineers to support National Debt Relief’s expanding data infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with senior data and analytics team members to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that enable high-impact business decisions. Your work will focus on transforming data using SQL and dbt, managing data ingestion from Salesforce and other core systems, and ensuring data reliability and clarity across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional eager to grow their technical expertise in a modern cloud-based environment leveraging Snowflake, dbt, and Salesforce.

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations using SQL and dbt.
• Curate and organize datasets sourced from Salesforce to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Salesforce Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify data owners and improve data quality.
• Partner with Analytics and Engineering teams to deliver clean, well-modeled datasets for reporting and decision-making.
• Contribute to the documentation of data models, processes, and workflows to support data transparency and reproducibility.
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot data issues, escalating or resolving with guidance from senior engineers.

• 1–2 years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Understanding of Salesforce data structures or prior experience extracting and working with CRM data.
• Demonstrated interest in developing best practices in data modeling, governance, and cloud architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.
