Overview

The Receptionist (People Assistant) plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. This individual will manage front-desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide employee support, including facilitating food orders through Fripick and support to the People Experience Team. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills!

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, employees, and external partners with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage incoming messages, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
  • Keep the reception and office areas well-organized and running efficiently.
  • Assistance with onsite for BSS with NDR Leaders and with orders for food through Freepick application for team buildings and meetings
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to food deliveries or platform access.
  • Assist in coordinating internal events, meetings, and office logistics.
  • Support the People Experience Team functions by managing employee inquiries, scheduling interviews, and handling documentation.
  • Help maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement requests.

Qualifications

       Education/Experience:

  • Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or front desk roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, communication, and multitasking ability can compensate for lack of direct experience.

          Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proven experience in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use office tools and software, with a willingness to learn new platforms like Fripick.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

    • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.

    • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.

    • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.
