Overview

 

 

Broadway Support Services is currently seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and passionate Negotiations Analyst to help support Negotiations leadership in answering essential business questions.  The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and facilitator of business requirement gathering, curious problem solver, and collaborative teammate who thrives in highly-agile, cross-functional team environments. The candidate must be comfortable speaking to both analyst peers and departmental leaders to convey results of findings and potential strategic solutions to business problems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance data to answer key business questions and support strategic decisions.

  • Create clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards that tell a story, not just show numbers.

  • Partner with leaders across departments to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights.

  • Build, track, and maintain key performance indicators on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Support the Negotiations team with reporting tools, data management, and continuous improvements.

  • Learn and use company tools such as Salesforce, Sigma, and other data platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.

  • Strong analytical mindset — you enjoy finding patterns and explaining “the why” behind the numbers.

  • Great communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to simplify complex data.

  • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to new priorities.

  • Experience in consumer finance, contact center, or operations analytics is a plus.
