The Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer role within the BSS People L&D Team is responsible for delivering engaging, high-impact learning experiences across the organization. This role leads the facilitation of leadership development programs owned by the People Team, reaching supervisors and team members across multiple functions.
The L&D Trainer will design and deliver instructor-led trainings (ILTs), create learning materials, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of existing programs and curricula. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams and other L&D groups to ensure alignment and consistency in learning initiatives.

Lead facilitation of Supervisor-level leadership programs for cross-functional participants, including co-design, delivery, and evaluation
Manage administrative tasks related to program delivery (communications, invites, materials, logistics, pre-/post-work, etc.)
Participate in calibration sessions with the L&D team to ensure program consistency
Adapt learning approaches to strengthen participant interpersonal skills and meet the needs of a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Collaborate with BSS L&D teams, trainers, and leaders to ensure consistent learning experiences company-wide
Minimum 1 year of experience facilitating or delivering instructor-led trainings (ILTs) in a professional setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and forward-thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and time-management skills.
Professional, empathetic, flexible, patient, and diplomatic when navigating complex situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, for building and delivering presentations.
Experience creating visually engaging content using Canva (or similar tools).
Process- and results-oriented, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving training outcomes.
Consistent punctuality, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.
Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
