Broadway Support Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist-Sourcing to join our Recruitment team in the Dominican Republic. This role is dedicated to building strong talent pipelines for professional hire roles by developing, executing, and implementing sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and skilled at identifying top talent through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for professional roles.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and additional channels (job boards, talent communities, social media, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, etc.) to build and maintain robust talent pipelines.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and anticipate future talent needs.
Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide insights into trends, candidate availability, and competitive intelligence.
Screen potential candidates for alignment with role requirements before handoff to recruiters.
Maintain an up-to-date database of active and passive candidates to ensure long-term sourcing success.
Track, measure, and report on sourcing effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Promote the company’s employer brand and culture to engage top talent in the DR and beyond.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with proven success in professional hiring.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.).
Experience using ATS and CRM platforms to manage talent pipelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency (advanced or near-native).
