Overview

 

 

We are seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to help us understand and optimize how customers engage with our digital ecosystem, including web, mobile, chat, and customer support channels.

 

In this role, you will translate data into insights, spotting opportunities to improve conversion, reduce friction, and elevate the overall customer experience. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, CX, and Engineering teams to drive data-backed decisions that shape the future of our client journey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead support for our digital analytics and CX measurement strategy, including KPI frameworks, tagging requirements, and event tracking.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate, scalable tracking across digital platforms.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on funnels, journeys, engagement, and conversion to identify friction points and performance opportunities.

  • Build dashboards and automated reporting using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma for stakeholders across the business.

  • Leverage GA4, Adobe Analytics, SQL, and other analytics platforms to deliver insights that drive UX, conversion, and CX improvements.

  • Support A/B testing and experimentation, analyzing test performance and recommending next steps based on results.

  • Work with data engineering teams to ensure digital data is properly integrated into enterprise systems such as Snowflake.

  • Stay informed on emerging trends in analytics, digital measurement, and data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA).

Qualifications

Required

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital analytics, CX analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.

  • Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake experience a plus) and comfort working with complex datasets.

  • Hands-on experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.

  • Familiarity with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium.

  • Experience analyzing digital funnels, customer journeys, and conversion performance.

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, etc.)

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or industries with complex online onboarding or support journeys.

  • Exposure to server-side tagging, CDPs (Segment, mParticle), or customer data governance frameworks.

  • Familiarity with experimentation design, attribution modeling, or journey analytics.

  • Bonus: Experience with Python, BigQuery ML, or Airflow.

  • Strong documentation habits (tracking specs, SQL templates, dashboard guidelines).
