Overview

 

 

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing Analytics team. This role plays a key part in driving data-informed decision-making across marketing, advertising, and broader company initiatives. In this role, you’ll work with large, complex data sets across various platforms and partner closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Your insights will help optimize marketing performance and support key business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to generate actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Identify and explain cause-effect relationships between marketing efforts and financial outcomes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and data extractions to support stakeholder teams.
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Prepare and present clear, compelling analyses and presentations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years focused on marketing analytics.
  • Experience working with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Looker) to build dashboards and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with a variety of advanced features such as lookups, array functions, pivot tables, data management.
  • Familiarity with SQL is required; experience with Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
