Overview

 

National Debt Relief is seeking a Senior Marketing BI Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will help drive data-informed decision-making across the organization, with a strong focus on supporting marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing large, complex datasets from various sources and developing actionable insights and visualizations to support business goals. This is a high-impact role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple data sources to uncover trends and insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver BI solutions.
  • Translate business questions and KPIs into clear, compelling visualizations and reports for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and data pulls to support campaign tracking, performance measurement, and other requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing and improving data validation and QA processes.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Business Intelligence experience, preferably supporting marketing teams
  • Proficiency in at least one BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma, Power BI, Looker); Sigma preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL is required; experience with Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery or other cloud data warehouses is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
