Overview

 

 

The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of payroll reports and trackers. This role supports the bi-weekly payroll process to ensure a smooth, end-to-end, on-cycle payroll execution. Additionally, the analyst will manage employee timesheet reports and trackers to maintain compliance and accuracy. This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract of one year.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in review of payroll end-cycle activities.
  • In charge of Cafeteria Discounts Reports.
  • Provides customer service to employees with questions relating to Cafeteria discounts, hours and PA Bonus.
  • Process payroll claims reports.
  • Coordinates with BHD (Companies’ bank) for visits to open new hires bank accounts.
  • Monitor email inquiries from the payroll inbox.
  • Vendor’s payments trackers.
  • Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
  • Deliver the DR Bonuses Report to be audited and included on by weekly payroll.
  • Employee’s termination Tracker.
  • Provide customer service to employees with questions relating to their pay.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role
  • Experience with Time and Attendance tracking preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Punctuality and ready to report to work on a consistent basis
  • Expected to adjust accordingly to a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with various levels of management
  • Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
