Overview

 

 

The Creditor Queue Agent is responsible for communicating with creditors looking to discuss account details and identifying the correct course of action to take before transferring.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from creditors
  • Use Salesforce software to facilitate the process of responding to creditor inquiries
  • Evaluating accounts to determine correct course of action
  • Communicate with our Negotiations team members to facilitate transfers
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and communication skills
  • Maintain production goals set forth by management

Qualifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in over the phone consultations or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Being polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with creditors
