Broadway Support Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the full-cycle recruitment of professional roles while driving strategic sourcing initiatives to build and sustain strong talent pipelines. This role combines hands-on recruiting with proactive sourcing, market research, and partnership with hiring managers to ensure top-quality hires.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and anticipate future needs.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify talent trends and pipeline opportunities.
• Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality talent pool for current and future openings.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from sourcing to offer.
• Fairs & Logistics: Support job fair planning, coordination, and execution.
• Additional Projects: Contribute to companywide and ad hoc projects as needed.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on professional roles.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (iCIMS preferred).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced English proficiency.
