The Receptionist plays a key role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace environment. This individual will manage front-desk operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and provide employee support, including facilitating food orders through Fripick and support to the People Experience Team.
· Greet and assist visitors, employees, and external partners with professionalism and warmth.
· Manage incoming messages, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately.
· Keep the reception and office areas well-organized and running efficiently.
· Assistance with onsite for BSS with NDR Leaders and with orders for food through Fripick application for team buildings and meetings
· Troubleshoot any issues related to food deliveries or platform access.
· Assist in coordinating internal events, meetings, and office logistics.
· Support the People Experience Team functions by managing employee inquiries, scheduling interviews, and handling documentation.
· Help maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement requests.
· Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or front desk roles is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills, communication, and multitasking ability can compensate for lack of direct experience.
