Overview

 

 

The CS Process Improvement Assistant will be responsible for working alongside the Process Improvement Manager to support the US Core CS Process Improvement team by helping with documentation, data organization, communication updates, and coordination of small tasks within larger initiatives. This role focuses on learning existing processes, assisting with day-to-day operational needs, and helping the Process Improvement Manager keep initiatives running smoothly. This role is highly execution focused and does not require independent program design or strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Support basic reviews of current processes to help identify simple gaps or areas needing clarification.
  • Assist with gathering data and organizing performance information using Salesforce reports, Excel, and internal tools (no advanced analysis required).
  • Help maintain team documentation by updating Knowledge Base articles, process guides, and internal resources.
  • Coordinate tasks within communication and engagement programs (posting updates, tracking responses, organizing materials).
  • Help prepare project reports or summaries for the Process Improvement Manager.
  • Collect feedback from team members and pass insights along to leadership for evaluation.
  • Support change management rollouts by helping distribute materials, track completion, and answer basic questions.
  • Keep track of recurring tasks, deadlines, and follow‑ups to ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc requests that arise during ongoing projects, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
  • Maintain organized files, trackers, and documentation to support smooth project execution.

Qualifications

  • 1 + years of Customer Service experience, ideally supporting high-pressure clients, meeting strong performance expectations, and working in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, grammar, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The employee will be exposed to a fast-paced environment and is expected to be able to adjust accordingly
