The CS Process Improvement Assistant will be responsible for working alongside the Process Improvement Manager to support the US Core CS Process Improvement team by helping with documentation, data organization, communication updates, and coordination of small tasks within larger initiatives. This role focuses on learning existing processes, assisting with day-to-day operational needs, and helping the Process Improvement Manager keep initiatives running smoothly. This role is highly execution focused and does not require independent program design or strategic decision making.
