Purpose of the Role:
Establish and maintain governance for facilities operations: planning, documentation control, SOPs, maintenance plan, records management (SharePoint), and performance dashboards. Initiate and drive energy efficiency and sustainability programs under FM guidance. Manage facility helpdesk governance by monitoring completion processes, providing feedback, and verifying plan execution with domain leaders.

Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift (e.g., 09:00AM–6:00PM). No weekend work required. Must be available for emergency escalation support.
