Purpose of the Role:
Provide technical leadership for building systems (HVAC, electrical, UPS, elevators, fire/life safety, plumbing) and ensure a safe, reliable environment for all occupants. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, compliance, and operational continuity while prioritizing safety as the highest standard.
