We are currently hiring a Temporary IT Specialist I for 6 months. We are an affiliate company of one of the US's largest and most reputable debt settlement companies. We’re all about helping our customers through a tough financial time in their lives with education and individual customer service. We become our clients' number one advocate to help them reestablish financial stability as quickly as possible.
Reporting to the End User Services Manager, the IT Specialist I primary role is to support, maintain and help improve our infrastructure ensuring the highest levels of customer service. The IT Specialist I will be the first point of contact for our end user population supporting the staff on a variety of desktop initiatives and projects. The candidate must be team-oriented, customer service driven, with the ability to work under pressure with minor supervision. This is a growing fast paced environment.
