Overview

 

The Receptionist (Front Desk Agent) serves as the first point of contact at Torre Axis, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience for all visitors, employees, and vendors.

This role is responsible for managing visitor flow, supporting access control procedures, routing service requests to the appropriate teams, and maintaining lobby operations standards to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors at Torre Axis.
  • Manage visitor registration, check-in process, and issuance of temporary access badges.
  • Support access control procedures in coordination with Security and Facilities teams.
  • Route incoming requests, incidents, and service needs to the appropriate departments (Facilities, IT, Security).
  • Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and building activity.
  • Ensure lobby readiness, cleanliness, and professional presentation at all times.
  • Coordinate vendor arrivals, deliveries, and building access flow.
  • Execute structured shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
  • Support communication between Front Desk, Security, and Workplace Services teams.

Education & Experience Requirements 

  •  

    • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or office support roles.
    • Experience with visitor management systems or access control tools is a plus.
