The Operations Specialist is responsible for executing operational processes, supporting daily activities, and ensuring efficiency and consistency across assigned functions. 

This role focuses on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of operational workflows. 

• Execute day-to-day operational tasks and processes  
• Monitor operational performance and track KPIs  
• Support reporting and data tracking for leadership  
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations  
• Support implementation of new processes or initiatives  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation  
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures  

• Exceptional in Excel is a must.  
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university  
• 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, operations or analyst role preferred.  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills  
• Must be extremely reliable, dependable, and a problem solver.  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
