The Receptionist (Front Desk Agent) serves as the first point of contact at Torre Axis, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience for all visitors, employees, and vendors.
This role is responsible for managing visitor flow, supporting access control procedures, routing service requests to the appropriate teams, and maintaining lobby operations standards to ensure a safe, organized, and high-quality workplace experience.
Education & Experience
Required Skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Conversational English communication skills required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and internal stakeholders in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in basic office tools, including Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and related platforms.
